2014 Establishment
GMCs Semiconductor Technology (Wuxi)Co.,Ltd was established and purchased Phase 1 factory to start remanufacturing semiconductor equipment and providing spare parts maintenance services.

2015 Expansion
Started production of GMCs Semiconductor’s brand of abrasive and CDS/SDS in Shanghai factory.

2016 Milestone
Started to sell Special Material and Parts Become a member of China 02 Specialised Materials and Components Alliance.

2018 Enlargement
Wuxi Factory #2 and #3 Workshops start-up. Expanded the category of remanufactured equipment.
Started R&D and manufacturing of new equipment.

2019 Redevelopment
The Shanghai factory has expanded production,with an annual production capacity of 400 sets/year for the liquid supply system.

2020 Wuxi New Factory Construction
Purchase approximately 60 acres of land to build an independent brand equipment manufacturing center and an international brand semiconductor equipment renovation and renovation center (Phase I), which will be put into use in 2022.

2021 Construction of Yancheng Factory Shanghai Lingang Factory
Started the construction of Yancheng factory, which is used for the development of CMP disk and CMP brush and will be put into operation in 2023 Construction of Lingang factory in Shanghai.

2022 Wuxi New Factory Phase II Construction
Purchase of approximately 60 acres of land and construction of the second phase of the factory.
